To further strengthen communication and connection between teachers and students, the School of Education, City University of Macau, held the “Afternoon Teatime: Warm Gathering” annual tea party on November 6. Through tea, the event allowed students to share their academic aspirations and connect with one another in a relaxed, warm atmosphere.

At the beginning of the activity, students wrote down their sincere expectations on message cards, such as “publish more academic papers” and “hope to attend more interdisciplinary education lectures”, reflecting the positive and motivated learning attitude of students from the School of Education. The tea party was hosted by PhD student Wang Tiantian (2025 cohort), with performances arranged by postgraduate students. The event opened with ice-breaking games organized by students, helping teachers and students relax and get closer. Laughter and applause filled the venue as everyone joined in the quiz challenges. Subsequently, Professor Li Ying Cheng, Dean of the School of Education, delivered a speech welcoming all teachers and students. Administrative staff then introduced the latest university policies and documents to help students better plan their studies in Macao.
