Resume:
2002 Graduated from the University of Macau --- College of Education in mathematics, during the period as the President of the Faculty of Students of the Faculty of Education, to assist and organize a number of academic exchange activities, enriched the university students' extracurricular learning life, their own accumulated experience, a lot of benefits. After graduation, he worked as a contractual mentor in a social service agency, responsible for assisting young people who had dropped out of school to return to school, and had an in-depth understanding of the work of the social services sector. He went on to be a night school teacher, teaching mathematics and interpersonal science. Now serving as a teacher in special education schools, deeply aware of the situation of special education in Macao, looking forward to deepening learning and assisting the development of special education, completed the Master's program in education of urban university in Macao in 2015, and established the Macao Institute of Special Education Research in the same year, with the aim of studying special education and integrated education in Macao. The aim is to unite Macao's special education community, actively promote Macao's special education reform, promote exchanges with foreign countries and the development of special education in Macao. Completed his Ph.D. in Education in The City University of Macau in 2018 and was invited by the Macau Institute of Development of the City University of Macau to become a visiting researcher in the same year to assist in the preparation and organization of educational research. The research field is special education, leadership management, professional development as the main direction.
