Assistant Professor Wang Zixuan Invited to Attend ANZALS 2025 Conference

Assistant Professor Wang Zixuan from the School of Education recently travelled to Sydney, Australia, to participate in the 16th Australia and New Zealand Leisure Studies Association (ANZALS) Biennial Conference, held from December 1 to 4, 2025, at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). The conference theme was “Exploring Leisure Landscapes: Trends, Transformations, and Traditions.”

At the conference, the paper co-authored by Assistant Professor Wang Zixuan and her research team, “The Mitigating Effect of Arts on the Relationships of Bullying Victimization, Risky Behavior, and Life Satisfaction Among Children and Youth,” was accepted as an oral presentation. The team presented on the potential role of arts participation in alleviating the negative impacts of bullying among children and adolescents.
